I've submitted some art pieces and hope to get scouted. I also submitted a couple of my audio tracks but they are not approved yet.
I don't know if the approval process and the lack of scouting is the worst thing for an artist, but it feels like it kills creativity and the will to submit more. I hope the problems only are a part of new users diffeculties to get accepted at newgrounds.
I gear up my patience :)
